We ordered an Eva day bed for our daughters room 1 year ago and from the very beginning we have had problems. The bed has 4 smaller drawers and 1 large drawer. Every single one is broken.. every time you open one the front comes off so we now have to open in a really annoying specific way to keep the front from coming away.
My daughter has never been able to open the drawers for herself because it has to be done in a certain way. The wood has just split open, every bolt and screw seems to just fall out, even the shelf is wobbly and all that's on it is a small basket with a few nappies in. If I could give this item a zero I would. It cost nearly £500 and it has been a nightmare from day 1. Worst money I've ever spent.

Very happy with the quality and design of a mid-sleeper ladder bed for our daughter. It looks fantastic and is very well built. Excellent value for money. We chose free economy delivery and it arrived in 3 working days. Great experience from the chosen courier too, I could track the van in real time. Highly recommended.

I bought a chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and a shoe cabinet. All are in good quality and they arrived quickly within 2 days.

This is a dreadful company, their customer experience is simply non-existent. You cannot speak to them, they are faceless and voiceless and non-responsive to emails. They part dispatched goods to us and then it took weeks to get a refund through our credit card company. Under no circumstances use this company.

Recently ordered a kid's bed for this company and could not be more thrilled. The bed was a fair price and amazing quality. I was easily able to get my order delivered at my convenience and the company they used was great and really keep in touch. The bed was simple to put together and clear instructions were provided. Would definitely order from this site again.
